WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS - Customers may, regardless of reason, return any (non-custom) orders initiated within 30 days of purchase date as long as the item has not been used, worn, laundered, etc. Returned items are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee.  Please insure that ALL contents are in the box before returning to us.  Any missing/used items/parts will be deducted from any eligible refund.  Customer assumes all responsibility for products' safe return to our facilities. This includes any shipping costs associated with returning the product and filing claims with shipping carrier in the event of loss or damage during transport.  American Oak Barrel™ will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

REFUNDS - Once receiving & inspecting returned items, they will be restocked.  Within 5 business days of inspection, we will issue your refund to the same account you used for the initial purchase.  Shipping fees for purchase and return are not eligible for refund.  Only items purchased & returned are eligible.

LIMITED WARRANTY - Limited 90 day warranty against manufacturers defect. In the event a part(s) is defective, we will happily replace it within the 90 day warranty period.  Metal Merch Nation will cover shipping costs associated with warranty replacements.  As part of the warranty replacement process, we require pictures of the defective part to be emailed to: orders@metalmerchnation.com.

CUSTOM ENGRAVED ORDERS - All sales on "custom engraved" orders are final! Absolutely no refunds/returns granted for any "custom engraved" orders. Custom engraved orders are still covered under our limited warranty for replacement.
